We take the text of the Regulation seriously. Every feature can be traced directly back to the articles and annexes of Regulation (EU) 2024/2847.

Responsible AI

We use AI where it creates real added value — and retain human control over critical decisions. crAIready is not a high-risk AI system within the meaning of Annex III of the AI Act; nevertheless, we voluntarily align ourselves with its governance principles: ongoing risk assessment, careful data selection with bias checks, technical documentation, human reviewability of every AI recommendation, and cybersecurity.

We practise what we preach

As a legal-tech company, we apply the security principles we recommend to our customers to our own processes as well. This includes regular risk assessments and documented procedures for handling security incidents.
