crAIready is provided exclusively as SaaS. Four plans – billed per product and plan scope. All prices are net prices plus statutory taxes.
Our offers are aimed exclusively at business customers in Germany and Switzerland, not at consumers. Customers based in Germany are billed in EUR, customers based in Switzerland in CHF; the numerical value of the respective plan price is the same. Companies from other countries may request an individual review and a separate quote. This also applies to use by affiliated companies or users in the USA or Canada. A prior express written individual agreement is required.
How billing works.
Prices apply per product. Variants that are largely identical in technical and regulatory terms can be managed together as a product family and are charged only once. For open-source software stewards, each supported open-source project counts as one billing unit.

Availability and support
Monthly target: 99.5% — not a binding commitment. Binding service levels apply only where they are expressly set out in an individual agreement. For the Start, Build and Scale plans, support is offered Monday to Friday from 09:00 to 17:00 (local time at codAIx’s registered office), excluding local public holidays. Art. 14 on-call service outside business hours is not part of the standard plans; it can be agreed as a separate additional service.

Art. 14 on-call service outside business hours
On request and for a separate fee: on-call cover for events relevant under CRA Art. 14 outside business hours. Response times, availability, customer cooperation, service limits and remuneration are agreed individually.
